Who does not like chocolate cakes? If there are such, then we feel sorry for them: they deprive themselves of one of the best dishes, which was invented by culinary craftsmen. How to cook a chocolate cake? Nothing complicated in this matter. Start by collecting all the products you need on the table. This: 200 grams of butter (you can take, of course, and margarine, but the taste will be wrong), 4 tablespoons of cocoa, one and half cups of sugar, half a glass of milk, 2 cups of flour, 4 eggs, a teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla sugar and Half a glass of nuts (any) and raisins.

All collected ?. Then we proceed. Take a small pot, pour the milk there, add sugar and cocoa and, stirring it carefully, put the mixture on a small fire. Waiting for the sugar to dissolve and immediately add the butter, add a little fire and bring the mass to a boil and immediately turn off the stove. Boil the contents of the pan should not. Now we wait, when all this will cool down, removing 3-4 tablespoons to prepare glaze. Is it cold? Add the flour mixed with the baking powder, stir. Now we will break the eggs in a separate bowl and make a fork with them and add them to our mixture. When we get a homogeneous mass, we put vanillin, nuts and raisins in it, mix it and spread the dough into a mold well impregnated with vegetable oil. Put the cake in the oven and bake for an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. We take out the finished dessert, water it with icing and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It requires 3 eggs, flour of 200 grams and a half kilo of cherries without pits, preferably with a minimum content of juice. In the rest the ingredients are repeated all but cinnamon. And the chocolate cake with cherry is prepared like this: everything is added in turn and each component goes through a thorough mixing process. That is, approximately this happens in this way: first, the oil is triturated with sugar and vanillin, then eggs are hammered and mixed, cocoa powder is poured and mixed, then a cherry, after them flour with a baking powder alternately.
