White, Chinese (Beijing), colored, broccoli - all these are varieties of cabbage. How to keep this vegetable for the winter? Most often cabbage is brewed, salted or marinated. Chinese cabbage (spicy)
The first recipe includes the following set of products:
- Hot pepper - 2 pods;
- Ground ginger root - a teaspoon;
- A teaspoon of 3% vinegar;
- Salt - 1 tsp;
- Chinese cabbage (Peking) fresh - with a weight of 500 grams;
- Sugar - 2 tsp;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. L .;
- Parsley (herbs).
