Zrazy with egg

The word "zrazy" comes from the Polish language. The so-called chunks of chopped meat or potatoes, inside which are put a variety of fillings, the most popular of them is the egg. Enjoy this simple, but at the same time, exquisite dish of your guests and family members!
We offer several options for cooking a delicious dish of "zraza with egg."

Zrazy with egg and cheese:
You will need the following ingredients: minced meat (500 grams), any kind of hard cheese (100 grams), onion (2 pcs.), Sunflower oil (2 tablespoons), salt and meat seasoning, if desired Bread crumbs, chicken egg (3 pieces - two cooked for the filling and one raw for the stuffing), onion green finely chopped, stale white bread (50 grams), milk (100 ml).

Finely chop the onion and add it to the prepared stuffing. To the stuffing now you need to add bread, which you must pre-soak in the milk, and then and pepper, salt, onions. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Make small portioned cutlets.

Now mix the cheese, which must be grated on a grater with finely chopped boiled egg and finely chopped onions (green). Cooked meatballs should be lightly pressed and put the prepared stuffing in the middle, then form ready zrazy, which should be rolled in flour or cooked breadcrumbs, then quickly fried on both sides. Then put on a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Leave the zrazy with the egg for ten minutes. The dish can be decorated before serving any greens.

Potato zrazy with egg and cheese, recipe:
For cooking, you will need the following ingredients: potatoes (9 pieces), eggs (3 pieces), vegetable oil, (3 medium bulbs), rice (1/4 cup), onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Eggs must be boiled and finely chopped, add lightly toasted onion, then boiled rice, pepper and salt. Boil the potatoes, then mash it and add raw eggs, ground black pepper, salt and mix thoroughly. From the received potato mass it is necessary to make round cakes of small size, lay out the filling in the middle, gently wrap the edges and give the eyes an oval shape. Finished zrazy put on the grill, which must be oiled and place it for 10 minutes in the steamer. Finished zrazy must be served with mushroom or tomato sauce.

Meat zrazy with egg:
You will need the following ingredients: minced pork meat (500 grams), butter, pepper, salt, a small bunch of greenery, eggs boiled (2 pcs), breadcrumbs.
Boil the eggs, then peel them and finely chop them, now you need to add greens to them - this will be the filling. Take the stuffing and a little pepper and salt, mix thoroughly and add two or three tablespoons of water. From the mass of minced meat, form small cutlets, flatten them and put the cooked stuff inside, then roll them in breadcrumbs and you can start to fry.

Fry the zrazy on both sides in the heated frying pan, then lightly mute the fire so that the zrazy can be roasted from the inside.

Zrazy with egg. Recipe with chicken grounding:

You will need chicken forcemeat (500 grams), onion (2 pcs.), Garlic (one small denticle), egg (3 pcs.), Breadcrumbs, spices, vegetable oil, pepper and salt.
Onions must be chopped finely and fried, two eggs must be boiled, allowed to cool and also finely chopped. In the prepared mince, add a clove of garlic, which must be ground, spices and mix thoroughly. To fried onions, add diced eggs and a few spices, stir again.
Cook the minced meat into seven parts, each of them roll into a flat cake. At the center lay out two tables. Spoons of the prepared filling, fix the edges and roll in breadcrumbs. In a hot frying pan fry the zrazy on both sides for five to seven minutes, then cover the frying pan with a lid and leave it for a while.
Any zrazy can be served with vegetables or on lettuce leaves. Bon Appetit.
