From poultry meat you can prepare delicious and original dishes - for example, rolls. They are conventionally divided into two main types: baked and boiled chicken rolls with stuffing. In this article we have collected the most appetizing recipes for preparing such dishes.

Chicken rolls stuffed with Adyghe cheese

You will need a half kilogram of gutted chicken, seven hundred grams of Adyghe cheese, greens, salt and seasonings to taste.

Separate the meat and skin from the bones, beat them and sprinkle with salt and pepper. From above on pieces put the Adyghe cheese mixed with greens and seasonings. Now roll the meat roll, wrap it with gauze, tighten it with twine and cook in salt water for about forty minutes. After that, remove the gauze, and put the rolls under the press in order to give them the desired shape. It turns dense juicy meat and flavored cheese filling!

Chicken roll in an oven with bacon and melted cheese

You need such ingredients: chicken fillet, bacon, pre-sliced, vegetable oil and processed cheese.

For this recipe, you will need three hundred grams of mayonnaise, seven hundred grams of chicken meat (thighs or fillets), five eggs, garlic, vegetable oil, greens, pepper, salt to taste.

Whisk the eggs with mayonnaise until smooth, pour onto a greased baking tray and bake for fifteen minutes at 220 ° C. A baked scrambled egg will be obtained. Now chop the chicken into small pieces and add to it pepper, salt, garlic and greens (finely chopped). On an omelet evenly lay the fillet, roll it into a roll and wrap it tightly in gauze, tying its ends.

Then prepare a liter of chicken broth, in which you need to boil the roll for half an hour. When the dish has cooled, unfold the cheesecloth and cut the egg-chicken roll into pieces up to three centimeters thick.

Very unusual and appetizing!

Chicken rolls with dried apricots and nuts filling

You will need such ingredients: one chicken, a glass of walnuts, two eggs, two hundred grams of dried apricots, a teaspoon of ground ginger, two tablespoons of butter, mayonnaise and greens to taste.

Chop the chicken skin on the back and remove it. The remaining flesh should be separated from the bones and cut into slices. Now spread them on the skin and add pepper and salt.

Wash dried apricots, soak it in cold water for about an hour. After that, drain and pass through a meat grinder or else you can mix it on a food processor. Mix with nuts, ginger, eggs and greens. Stir thoroughly until smooth. The filling is ready. Lay it on chicken slices on the skin, roll into a roll. Now you need to add a little pepper and salt, and then wrap it in foil. Place the roll in the oven and bake for an hour at 190 o C. Remove the foil and leave the rolls in the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove the dish, cool it and slice it.

Chicken rolls with a filling are best dressed with greens or mayonnaise.
