The main component of the dish is the root of celery. It must be cut into thin strips or grated on a large grater.

Preparing this soup in a five-liter pot, where you need to pour about half or a little more cold water. Then it is put on a strong fire and, when the contents boil, pour prepared and sliced vegetables. Then the soup again should be brought to a boil and left for 10 minutes, without reducing the fire. At the end of this period, it is ready. It only remains to sprinkle it with fresh herbs and leave it on the stove to brew.
