Hormonal background and its changes

The hormonal background is a balance of biologically active substances that support the proper functioning of the body.

Their development occurs in the following organs: the kidneys, heart, liver, adipose tissue and in the thyroid gland. In the human body there are about 70 biologically active substances that are in a certain balance in relation to each other.

Even a small deviation from the norm and a violation in the equilibrium of hormones can cause many diseases in almost any person. In women, this also affects the reproductive function.

The hormonal background can change due to age, stress, parasites in the human body, malnutrition, the presence of a tumor and other anomalies. Such violations can be transmitted and inherited.

Failure occurs as with the reduction of one hormone in the blood, and several at once. Lack of biologically active substances is manifested externally: there is insomnia, problems with hair and skin begin, and frequent mood swings occur , which makes a person start looking very painful.

In winter, the human body is slowing down some of the processes, including the production of hormones. In the spring they are activated, and the person feels a surge of energy.

Hormonal background of a woman

In the fair sex it is unstable and completely depends on the menstrual cycle. When pregnancy occurs (especially in the first trimester), there is an increased production of hormones. Further the organism of the future mother gets used to new changes, its condition is normalized.

Sex hormones play an important role in the life of a woman at any age.

Already from the age of 10, the presence of a malfunction may lead to premature or, conversely, late puberty. In this case, the violation of the hormonal background is manifested as follows:

- later (after 16 years) the onset of menstruation;

- Slightly expressed secondary sexual characteristics;

- Considerable leanness of build;

- increased hair growth or, conversely, their loss;

- irregular menstrual cycle.

In adulthood (after 40 years), women suffer from hormonal disorders most often. This is due to the appearance of the first signs of menopause. Due to the lack of female sex hormones, the general condition worsens, which contributes to the development of certain diseases.

Restoration of the hormonal background should occur under the supervision of doctors (gynecologist and endocrinologist). They will help to individually select the necessary drugs and vitamins, which will help to eliminate the causes of malfunction in the body of a woman. If desired, you can turn to folk medicine.
