It is best to cook it from lean beef. It will take about four hundred grams (the weight of pulp without bones). You also need one large eggplant, tomato flesh (canned or from ground tomatoes), crushed garlic clove and a medium-sized bulb. Fry in a frying pan in turn vegetables and meat. They must first cut into small cubes. Then you should add garlic and pulp of tomatoes, season to taste and a little more put out. After the meat is ready, you need to shift the mixture into a saucepan, pour in a liter of boiled water and cook over a small fire for about twenty minutes. To this dish before serving, add sour cream and greens with a rich taste (for example, coriander). To make this soup with meat less caloric , the recipe needs to be changed a little, minimizing the amount of sunflower oil for roasting products. And how to properly prepare eggplant before cooking? They need to be covered with salt and wait until they let the juice. This technique will help prevent excessive oil absorption by this vegetable.

First, prepare the products. The amount is calculated on three liters of liquid. Three hundred grams of pork or chicken should be cut and put in a bowl multivarka along with a whole onion and large sliced carrots, pour hot water and leave, including the "quenching" for an hour and a half. In the meantime, cut three potatoes of medium size, rinse several tablespoons of buckwheat. Pour into the bowl multivarki, mix, salt, add spices and raw egg. Close the lid, cook a little more. Liver twist in a meat grinder, mix with a glass of breadcrumbs, a tablespoon of flour, parsley, salt, dry thyme, pressed garlic. From the received weight it will be necessary to form meatballs. But first cook the broth of beef ribs, adding onions, celery, carrots and parsley, as well as spices to taste. This will take about an hour. Then strain the broth, cut the carrots and meat and put them back into the pan. Then add the prepared meatballs. All together cook for about ten minutes. Welded separately noodles spread on plates, pour ready soup. On each serving, put a pair of ribs.
