Among other things, the sauerkraut contains vitamins K, C group of vitamins B, many minerals that have anti-inflammatory, strengthening and analgesic effect on the body.

Everyone knows that the list of "low-calorie foods" invariably begins with carrots. However, to diversify your life, you can use carrots in pure form, alternating it with carrot fresh. It's tastier and more pleasant. Nevertheless, all the useful properties of fresh carrots are preserved. And there are a lot of them, for example, the presence of beta-carotene, which strengthens the immune system. And, few know that the useful properties of carrots and its assimilation occurs only when there is oil, either in the fresh or in the salad. Caloric content of carrots is 33 kcal, and carrot juice is 60-65 kcal.

In addition to the above dishes, low-calorie foods still have several types. So, a black radish, more precisely, a salad from it has no restrictions in use. The radish itself has a rather sharp smell and a specific taste. However, the vegetable is the leader among the rest in terms of fiber, as well as essential oils and mineral salts. The most important property - the radish removes excess cholesterol from the body and improves the functioning of the intestine.

Yogurt is simply indispensable if you decide to have a snack. But do not forget that you need to choose only low-calorie foods, i.e. low-calorie yogurts. This is considered a product whose caloric value does not exceed 1.5%. On average, 250 ml of this yogurt contains 125-130 kcal. Remember that yogurt perfectly normalizes the work of the intestine and the entire digestive tract.

In general, low-calorie foods are useful for normal functioning of the body, it is important only to observe the measure in everything!
