Without warning, the guests came, and at home - the ball rolling .. I want to please loved ones tasty, but there is no time. . Tired after work and no energy for cooking .. At least once in a life any person finds himself in a situation when he needs to cook snacks in a hurry. In order not to be caught unawares by circumstances, one must live, looking a little ahead. Therefore, in your home should always be present the main products, from which you prefer to make up your diet. And in your culinary arsenal there must be several tried and tested recipes for fast food.

An appetizer is traditionally called that dish, which should preface the main meal. Since in our case we use a different meaning - "snack or quick dish", then in addition to the usual sandwich, we will also include eggs, omelets, pasta with can sauce, preheated convenience foods, muesli with milk. Boring and pretty podnadoevshy set, is not it?

We want to invite you to try meat as a snack.

  1. Meat can be used absolutely any, the main condition - it must be pre-packaged correctly. Frozen meat thrown in the microwave for defrosting, if you do not have it, just pour the water of neutral temperature and put the meat there.
  2. Now you can do cooking garnish: boil the pasta or rice - it takes a maximum of 15 minutes.
  3. We will fry meat with vegetables, so cut everything that you have: onions, carrots, tomatoes, sweet peppers and fresh cucumber. Do not be surprised, the last component gives a special piquancy to our dish. If you do not have time at all, this item can be omitted, and as a refueling use, for example, homemade lecho or any other vegetable preservation.
  4. We cut meat for beef stroganoff. Another subtlety: do not rush to throw it in a frying pan with oil, it should get very hot. Meat, hitting the frying surface, should not let out the juice, for which we warm it well. To 100% preserve the juiciness of meat, some culinary experts recommend wetting it under roasting in lemon juice.
  5. Fry the meat and in the process add vegetables, do not forget to stir all intensively. Solim and add spices to taste shortly before the end of frying. The meat is ready in 15 minutes.

The preparation should take you a maximum of 45 minutes, and with a good skill - only 30 minutes.

Snacks in a hurry are excellent from homemade frozen convenience foods, of course, you can buy and store, but it's much nicer to regulate people's hearts with the fruits of their hands. Therefore, when time permits, take care of their manufacture and keep it in reserve. Homemade pancakes with different fillings, cabbage rolls with freshly prepared gravy and sauces will leave just "with a bang."

Appetizers are quickly and deliciously based on vegetables. A very simple recipe: boil the broccoli, which is divided into cabbage leaves (Brussels a little bitter). Do not pour off the broth, but cook the batter: just add a little flour and, if desired, an egg. Each kochanchik wet in batter and fry.

Onion can also be prepared onion rings and crab sticks. Several large heads of onions are cut into fairly thick rings. We prepare the claret from the following ingredients: water, flour, salt. Dipped onion and fry. It should be a very tasty dish of golden color. With crab sticks, we also act, we only add eggs to the claret, and fry it whole.

For lovers of onions, you can cook a very unusual roll, which will be ready in 30 minutes, and eat for 5!

For this roll, you need a dough, the same as for vareniki - not yeast and without eggs. Knead the dough with water, salt and soda (slightly). Separately for the filling finely chop any onion: shallot, green, onion, etc. The dough is rolled and lubricated with homemade ketchup (you can also store) and lay out the filling and salt on it. We fold the roll and put it in a mold. It is not advisable on the baking sheet, because the roll will give a lot of juice. Bake at medium temperature. After 15 minutes the roll is ready.
