Sandwich with tuna: caloric content

The nutritional value of the named sandwich varies depending on what ingredients and in what quantity will be used in its manufacture. Classic sandwich with tuna

The recipe for the preparation of a classic sandwich is not particularly complicated and represents the traditional execution of this dish. For him we need to take:

  • Canned tuna Albacore in a can - 150 g;
  • Boiled egg;
  • 2-4 tbsp. L. Mayonnaise;
  • Lemon juice (2 tsp);
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet relish (vegetable sauce);
  • Finely chopped celery - 1 arrow;
  • Lettuce leaves;
  • Lemon black pepper - 2 tsp;
  • Bread - 4 pieces.

We begin to cook. Bread should be finely chopped and fried on a toaster. Boil the egg, cool and clean. Mix all ingredients, except bread and salad. Cool the resulting mass. On the base lay the leaves of the lettuce, and already on them the filling, which is covered with another piece of bread. Option with tuna and tomatoes

  • Tuna - 350 g;
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery;
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise;
  • Finely chopped onion - 1.5 tbsp. L .;
  • Red wine vinegar - 3/4 tsp;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • Swiss cheese - 8 slices;
  • As many slices of a tomato;
  • Rye bread - 4 slices;
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper;
  • Art. L. Chopped parsley;
  • For a side dish - pepper.

So, we begin to prepare:

  1. First of all, we heat the oven.
  2. It is necessary to mix in a bowl: tuna, celery, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, vinegar, pepper and salt.
  3. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and bake for 1 minute in a preheated oven.
  4. On the slices put the prepared salad mixture, and on it one piece of cheese, a layer of tomatoes, and on top - the remaining cheese.
  5. Put the sandwiches back in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes until the pieces of cheese melt.

This kind of sandwich is a toasted slice of bread, between which is the filling, but they are still cut in half into triangular pieces. As a rule, in restaurants with such a dish, another side dish is also served. Let's consider in detail the recipe for this sandwich, in which the role of the filling will be tuna and egg. For him we will need:

  • Canned tuna in its own juice (2 jars);
  • 6 feathers of green onion;
  • Parsley and dill greens;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 pieces of bread;
  • black pepper;
  • Home-made mayonnaise;
  • sea salt.

First you need to boil hard-boiled eggs. On a dry frying pan or in a toaster, fry the bread. Now we mix canned food with greens, which we pre-cut into small pieces. Carefully cut the boiled eggs, add them to the rest of the ingredients. We fill everything with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. All components are thoroughly mixed: if the mixture turns dry, then add more mayonnaise. It's time to spread the salad on the toast and close it with the remaining slice of bread. You can warm the sandwich in a frying pan, and finally cut the resulting sandwich into two pieces diagonally.

Let's consider separately how to make mayonnaise at home, which will be used as an ingredient for this simple, but at the same time delicious sandwich. For him you need: 2 eggs, 400 g of vegetable oil (a mixture of olive and sunflower), a pinch of sugar, 1 tsp. Mustard, 2 pinches of sea salt, 1 tsp. Lemon juice (instead of it you can take white wine vinegar).

All components must be mixed in a blender or mixer, except oil. Sunflower oil is added in a thin trickle to the whipped mass. We follow the consistency and stop pouring the oil when the mixture is already beginning to resemble mayonnaise. Next, add olive oil, so that our product has already been brought to the end result. Mayonnaise is ready, but based on personal preferences, you can slightly correct what we have. For example, if you clearly feel the taste of butter, you need to add lemon juice and mustard.
