With tuna in cooking, you can do almost anything, because where the tuna is used, the recipes will always go to glory. Tuna and fry on the grate, and stew, and cook and add to salads, take, for example, a standard Tunisian salad, which includes: tuna, lemon, cucumber, tomatoes, spices, olive oil. All this is finely chopped, mixed and poured with a few spoons of olive oil.

Now we breed in a small amount of milk flour (1-1.5 tablespoons) and add to the soup, mix thoroughly and cook for another 15 minutes until ready. Before serving the soup to the table, always crumble into the plate fresh aromatic greens of parsley.

By that time, the eggs already had to be cooked, we cool them with ice water, so that the shell would go better, clean and cut into squares. All the ingredients are mixed - lettuce is ready! It remains only to fill with what you like, and serve to the table. By the way, this salad can be spread on bread, then it turns out an excellent and satisfying sandwich.

Tuna with tomato red sauce is prepared as simply, it will take 4 pieces of tuna, tomato, flour. Pieces of fish fillets crumble in flour and fry from both sides on the warmed oil, after which we put the chopped onion into the same frying pan. Now we clean and cut tomatoes into squares, we put it there and extinguish until a large half of the liquid has boiled out. Add spices to taste. We serve a slice of fish, poured with the sauce in which it was roasted.
