A variety of dishes from canned tuna

From canned tuna, you can cook a lot of delicious dishes, ranging from a variety of salads and ending with savory snack pies. This fish is rich in essential fatty acids, protein, magnesium and phosphorus. If you take tuna canned in your own juice, and not in oil, you can reduce the caloric content of salads and adapt the dishes from it to a diet for weight loss. Salad from canned tuna. Two options

First we give a more complicated (due to a large number of ingredients) recipe. It will require two hundred grams of fresh or freshly frozen white beans, one cucumber, one Bulgarian pepper, an onion, two hundred grams of cherry tomatoes (or conventional ones), a dozen quail eggs, olives to taste, a can of tinned tuna. Refueling can be prepared from olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, mustard. And you can take your favorite mayonnaise. Wrap the defrosted beans with boiling water, dry it. Cucumbers, tomatoes, paprika. Quaree eggs boil (no more than a half minutes in boiling water), clean, cool and cut in half. Olives (instead of them you can take capers) put whole salad in a salad. Cut the onion with feathers. Add all the ingredients to a large container, add a can of tuna. Mix the products for refueling and fill them with a salad. Instead of asparagus beans, you can take Peking cabbage.

To surprise guests, it is possible to prepare avocado-style boats stuffed with tuna salad. Take one ripe tropical fruit, one canned Mexican or bean mixture, lemon juice, a small onion, a can of tuna, Tabasco sauce and freshly ground pepper. Cut the avocado in half, remove the middle, mash with a fork on the plate. Add beans, canned tuna (photos depict several options for serving this salad), chopped onions. Pour lemon juice, salt. Fill with a mixture of avocados. Sprinkle Tabasco and serve.

Spaghetti with cheese and tuna

Boil the pasta, put on a plate, add fish in your own juice, cheese with blue mold and olives to taste. You can prepare the sauce separately. Warm up the cream, add grated cheese to them and wait until it melts. Pour sauce laid on a plate of spaghetti with tuna and olives. This dish is preferably only freshly prepared.

Snack cake with canned tuna

You can cook this product from chopped dough. And you can replace it with a semi-finished product and take the flaky. Put it in a mold (sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina) with low sides, leaving a little to decorate. Prepare a filling of two raw eggs, two cans of canned tuna, two hundred grams of cheese, a handful of sliced green onions, half a glass of milk and the same amount of mayonnaise. Remove the fish from the juice or butter. Fill the dough, cover with dough strips for decoration and bake for forty minutes in a preheated oven until the golden color of the top.
