To prepare this wonderful dish you need products:

  • Large bulb (preferably red for beauty) - 1 pc.
  • Rice noodles - 200 g.
  • Bean pods (it is better to take frozen) - 100 g.

  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp. (taste).
  • Vinegar - 50 g.
  • Pepper, salt, garlic, lemon - to taste.

First, defrost the beans and pour hot water (you can boiling water). Let it stand no more than 5 minutes, then fill it with cool water. Vinegar dilute with water 1: 1 and put in it cut into half rings of onions. Carrots can be chopped with thin straws, but it's easier to rub on a coarse grater. Rice noodles dip into boiling water for 2 minutes, so as not to boil.

  • Medium-sized carrots, onions, sweet peppers and zucchini - 1 pc. Each.
  • Chicken breast and rice noodles - 200 grams each.
  • Average tomatoes and cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Sesame - 2-3 tbsp. L.
  • Soy sauce - to taste.

Do not necessarily take those vegetables, which in the recipe, you can cook from what you have in the refrigerator. All you need to cut with small straws. Carrots can be rubbed on a coarse grater.

Onion lightly fry (to transparency) and add the cut in small cubes breast. Then add carrots. It needs to be fried for 2 minutes. After the carrots put pepper, zucchini and cucumbers. All together is fried for no more than three minutes. Now you can add sesame seeds, pour vegetables with soy sauce and tomatoes, previously rubbed.

Rice noodle salad in Korean style

Korean salad from the usual differs in its burning and excessive sharpness. Many people like it for it, especially men. To prepare a Korean salad with rice noodles, you need the same products as in the previous recipe. The only difference is that you need to make a special refueling.

In order to make gravy, mix the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce for 2-3 tbsp. L. Of the spices, you must add coriander, ginger (fresh or ground), garlic, black and red ground pepper.
