The Time Machine Inside Us

Sometimes you do not understand in what time space you live - the present, the past or the future.

The time machine is one of the hypothetical devices for time travel and one of the most popular, described in science fiction. Although the time machine has not yet been invented, fortunately, or unfortunately, it is constantly present in our minds, in our inner world, dreams, illusions, hopes, and sometimes we so want it to exist in reality, in reality, from which too often I want to escape. We run away again only internally, we return to the past, remembering happy moments or dreaming about the future, hoping that everything will be fine. And where is it now, where are these moments, moments, events, emotions? How not to get lost and not forget yourself in the time intervals of your own consciousness, how to learn to rejoice here and now.

The internal time machine makes it possible to scroll through the life spans that we would like to return, because we were happy, and others change the course of events, those that brought us sadness, suffering, loss of loved ones. And it seems to us, if I had done this or not, I would have said it, but not that, now everything would be different.

There are years, everything is changing around, but today's life is missing, there are past events that we scroll through memory hundreds of times, remembering every detail, while not remembering what they did today. There is a future - a distant and cherished, but whether it will or has already come - is unclear. As there is sung in the song "there is only a moment between the past and the future ...". In my opinion there is nothing, there is an abyss, which we ourselves create, when we leave our thoughts in the past and make plans for the future.
And so, departing from reality, in which, much does not suit, we can not not notice the true happiness or the advent of this cherished future or finding it, we can simply pass by, not believing, or abandon it, because we have already visited it because of our Internal time machine.
Be earthly, but not down to earth, set goals and achieve them, do not waste time on empty daydreams, live a real life, but that this real life suits you sometimes you need so little, just believe in yourself, smile and act! A time machine let it exist in films, is someone's fruit of imagination and imagination!
