Salad with canned peas

Most often, when we purchase food before the holidays in supermarkets, we always throw in a basket three or four cans of green canned peas. Always useful - this is my opinion and the opinion of the majority of housewives. Salads with peas are very many, and they are all delicious. The article presents only some of these salads, which can be taken as a note.

Salad with chicken and peas.

I'm sure that everyone will like this salad. About 500 grams of smoked chicken peeled and peeled, cut into small cubes. Two fresh cucumbers are also cut into cubes. We also need one pot of peas (380 grams). Peel the peas on a sieve to drain unnecessary excess liquid. Dill to wash, then dry and finely chop. Now let's get crackers. 300 grams of loaf, it's eight or nine pieces, cut into cubes, put on a sheet and put in the oven at 130-150 degrees, dried to a rouge. Crackers can be dried and in a pan without oil, but in the oven they turn out nicer. Mix all ingredients, add mayonnaise and, if necessary, salt. It is better to add croutons to the salad, when served on the table - so as not to get soaked.

Salad with canned peas, sardines and cheese.

This salad will also turn out very tasty. Cook hard-boiled three eggs, cut them into cubes. Also we serve with cheese. For this salad, we need about 200 grams of cheese. One can of sardine in butter is softened with a fork, mixed with all the ingredients and a small can of green peas (200 grams). Now we are preparing the gas station. Five tablespoons of mayonnaise mixed with two tablespoons of mustard, add red ground pepper and mix well. Next, fill it with our salad. Decorate the salad with red sweet pepper, it can also be cut into a salad.

Salad with apple and celery .

This salad with canned peas is very fresh and juicy. Two or three apples are sliced together with seeds and peel. Two or three celery roots are cut into strips. Three boiled eggs - cubes, not forgetting to leave a little for decoration. A small jar of peas is decanted from the brine. All mixed, then season with mayonnaise, decorate with the remains of eggs and sprinkle with grated lemon zest. You can replace the celery with two cooked carrots. It turns out a completely different salad with canned peas, but it will also be very tasty.

Salad with pickled cucumbers and peas.

For this salad we need already fresh green peas. You can, of course, prepare a salad with canned green peas, but the taste will turn out completely different. Gram 200 peas soak, boil and chill. Pickled cucumbers, three or four pieces, cleaned of seeds and peel, cut into small cubes. Mix with peas, add onions. One bulb must be cut and allowed to stand for 20 minutes in hot water - so that bitterness has left a bit. Season lettuce with vegetable oil, add salt and add a mixture of peppers. You can decorate with pickled cucumber and greens.

Salad with canned peas and tomatoes.

All the same fresh peas (but you can take and canned peas), but already gram 300 also cook, cool. Mix with two finely chopped bulbs. Separately mix four tablespoons of vegetable oil and two tablespoons of vinegar, fill it with our peas. Two boiled eggs are cut into cubes, we fall asleep with these peas. From above decorate all with tomatoes. You can lay out circles, but I prefer to cut two tomatoes into cubes and fill the whole salad.

Salads with green fresh and canned peas are very simple, but from this no less delicious. In addition, they are ideal for a variety of festive salads on your table. I hope that you and your guests will like them. Bon Appetit!
