These products contain a large amount of fiber, while their calorie content is not too high. For a modern man, who watches his weight and food, this is important. We offer you several options for salads with the addition of corn and peas, on the basis of which you easily compose your own recipes.

Salad "Far East"

This light cabbage salad with peas and corn will help diversify the daily diet. And on a festive table, this dish is not ashamed to put.
To prepare a salad, you need an average cabbage, cabbage meat, 200 grams, one bunch of dill and parsley, green peas and corn in cans weighing 400 grams, mayonnaise, two medium-sized cucumbers.
