Oriental treats firmly entered the diet of Europeans, mixed with national dishes. We gladly treat ourselves with vegetable salads and meat dishes, and there are legends about sweets in general. Take at least a suxilque - this delicacy consists of fruits, processed in honey and nuts. Or another sweet dish - cadrey. These are crispy tortillas, laced in airy rice, dipped in liquid honey.

Garnish can not be imagined without different sauces, which are rich in recipes of Korean cuisine. They are often incredibly simple and consist of the most common ingredients that are always present in every home. Virtually any dish can not be imagined without the traditional burning or soy sauce.

Another feature of the recipes of Korean cuisine: fresh vegetables as little as possible are subjected to heat treatment, which allows you to conserve vitamins as much as possible.

In general, the Koreans are very resourceful in cooking, and this is not surprising - because the more dishes the hostess gives to the table, the more prosperous the family is and the more welcome the guest is.

Kimchi

2-3 large carrots;

- 1 fork cabbage cabbage forks;

- half a head of garlic;

- red bell pepper;

- hot chilli pepper.

Cut the cabbage into large cubes, sprinkle the Bulgarian pepper and carrots on a special vegetable grill in Korean style. Salt and mash hands so that the vegetables give juice. Garlic squeezed through the press, pepper chili cut into thin rings, put in the center of cabbage. Top with pour boiling vegetable oil. It needs a little, enough about 20-30 ml. Add 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, stir again and leave under pressure for the night.

Eggplants in Korean

- 4 eggplant without seeds;

- a pair of Bulgarian peppers;

- a large carrot;

- 1 large onion;

- half a head of garlic;

- red, black pepper;

- greens of dill and parsley;

- 1 teaspoon ground parsley (it is better to take freshly ground);

- apple cider vinegar to taste;

- Sesame seeds;

- soy sauce;

- honey;

- vegetable oil.

Eggplants cut into thin plates, each of them to salt and leave for an hour, until bitterness drains. Squeeze and lightly fry in oil. Carrots, onion, pepper grate straw. Add honey, sesame, soy sauce, spices, vinegar, finely chopped greens. Mix with eggplant. Put in the refrigerator for a day and enjoy an unrivaled taste.
