For the variant of the preform, the plum can be chosen, guided by your taste. You can use varieties of blue or yellow honey plum. The amount of sugar can be changed depending on the sweetness of the fruit.

To make jelly from sinks you will need:

  • Sugar, plum - 1 kg;
  • Lemon juice - 100 ml;
  • Pectin - 200 g.

Preparation:

1. Naturally, any fruit must first be washed and slightly drained. In addition, do not forget that some fruits can be spoiled or damaged, so plums must be carefully sorted out.
2. Bones, of course, need to be removed, and then, based on the size of the fruit, cut the plum into 2-4 parts.
3. We put the sliced fruit into a stew. Lemon juice in this case, you can not use, but you need to remember that it slightly shades the sweetness of the fruit.
4. After waiting for the boiling of the fruit, lower the fire and cook jelly from the sink for about ten to fifteen minutes.
5. Pour the pectin, mix everything thoroughly. Then add the sugar. The resulting mass is cooked for one minute, continuously stirring, so that the sugar dissolves as quickly as possible.

7. Banks in which jelly will be stored, of course, need to be washed and sterilized. To do this, they need to be lowered into boiling water, and then turn off the gas and leave the banks for another 5 minutes. After that, you can get them, dry them and leave them to cool.
8. We immediately dispense the hot mass into cans. That's all, jelly from plum for the winter is ready! Remember: this delicacy can be eaten immediately after cooling.

Another variant of the workpiece

Ingredients:

• plum - one kilogram;
• sugar - 600 g (can be replaced with one liter of plum juice);
• sugar - 500 g.

1. To the prepared fruit, add water (based on 1 kg of plum 150-200 ml of liquid) and stirring, cook the resulting mass on moderate heat until fruit softens.

With gelatin

We need:

• 500 g of plums;
• 5 sheets of gelatin;
• 2 cinnamon sticks;
• sugar (50 grams will be enough);
• water (200 ml);
• 175 ml of Riesling;
• 2 buds of cloves.

Prepare the jelly at home:

1. Cut the plums and take out the bones.
2. Grind the pulp of fruit and put it in an enamel pot.
3. Fill the sink with water, and then add the cloves, sugar and cinnamon, cook all 10 minutes until ready, or until the fruit dissolves.
4. From the prepared mass, you need to get about 5 glasses of juice, for this you need to strain it through many layers of gauze.
5. Riesling is diluted with water, at the same time it is calculated so that approximately 500 ml of liquid is released.
6. Pour this mixture into the jam and mix everything very well.
7. Take a little base for jelly and fill it with gelatin. Leave it to swell for 10 minutes, and then dissolve in a water bath.
8. Mix gelatin and juice.
9. We send the finished jelly from the sinks to the jars.
Of course, it is not necessary to add spices, but they are necessary if you want to achieve a unique flavor.

Jelly with apples

Ingredients:

• 750 g of plums;
• apples (one kilogram);
• 0.5 tsp. Butter;
• 7.5 cups of sugar;
• 60 g of pectin;
• 3 tbsp. water.

Cooking at home:

1. Peel the apples. After we remove the core.
2. From the plum we take out the bones, mix it together with apples and fill it with water.
3. We boil everything, and then, after reducing the fire, we cover the pan with a lid and cook the fruit for another ten minutes. In this case, apples and plums need to be kneaded.
4. Next, we need a gauze folded into 3 layers. Through it we filter the fruit mass. There should be five glasses of juice. If there is not enough liquid, add a little water.
5. Put the juice on the fire and add sugar, pectin and butter.
6. Reduce fire to medium power and boil the juice for about a minute.
7. The finished jelly is poured over sterilized jars.

Plum jam-jelly

Ingredients:

• six and a half glasses of sugar;
• 50 g of pectin;
• one and a half glasses of water;
• plums (two and a half kilograms);
• ½ tsp. Butter.

Note that this jelly from the plum for the winter can be closed.

Preparation of delicious homemade delicacies:

1. Preparing the banks. Carefully wash them, dry and sterilize. The lids must also be sterilized.
2. From the plums, remove the bones and let the flesh pass through the meat grinder.
3. We put the resulting mashed potatoes in an enamel saucepan, poured water and boiled, then, reducing the fire, simmering the mash for another 10 minutes on a small fire, stirring constantly.
4. In another saucepan through three layers of gauze, filter the resulting mass. Approximately 5 glasses of liquid should be produced. In case it is not enough, you can add some water.
5. Add the butter. The jelly must boil.
6. Then add the sugar and after a minute remove the pan from the plate.
