  • Pour 100 grams of semolina, 200 grams of rye flour and 300 ml of sour milk.

  • Whip three eggs with salt, soda, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a tablespoon of sugar.
  • Add 250 ml of curdled milk and a half cup of flour to the dishes. Mix again.
  • Divide the finished dough into three parts. First put the chopped green onions, the second - dill, and the last - the garlic passed through the press.

Fry the pancakes and serve them to the table with sour cream. In addition, from them you can prepare rolls with egg or cheese filling.

Chocolate Pancakes

A magnificent dessert, which consists of chocolate pancakes, mousse and banana-caramel filling will taste not only children but also adults. Recipe:

  • Prepare dough from one egg, 100 grams of curdled milk, 250 ml of water, 120 grams of sifted flour, 30 grams of vegetable oil, a tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, two spoons of cocoa and a small amount of soda,

  • Bananas peel and cut into slices.
  • Prepare the caramel. For this, melt 10 grams of sugar in a frying pan and add butter to it.
  • Put the fruit in a frying pan and pour them 20 grams of rum (you can replace it with a peach liquor). Stir foods and cook them for a couple of minutes.
  • To make chocolate mousse, heat in a suitable bowl of 70 grams of cream. After that, lower in it 80 grams of chocolate, divided into slices. Whip the second part of the cream (180 grams) and gently stir in the chocolate mixture. Put mousse in the freezer so that it thickens faster.
  • It's time to collect unusual rolls. To do this, spread the food film on the table, put a pancake on it, grease it with cold mousse, and lay bananas on top. Roll the pancake roll and wrap the edges in the film.

Place the dessert in the freezer. Rolls can be obtained after they are frozen, and then cut them into circles and serve them to the table.
