Of course, for the preparation of the drink initially will need the fruits of peach. The more they are ripe and softer, the more delicious the liquor will be. Another compulsory ingredient is alcohol (alcohol), sugar and water.

Nuances of cooking

Any peach liquor recipe is basically the same, but over time, home producers have experimented and in every way improved the classic way of making it. And in order not to spoil the drink, it is necessary to take into account several important points:

Cooking Peach Liqueur

The names "Classic" or "Basic" given to this recipe are not given by chance - all other ways of preparing this drink are just variations of this.

You will get a delicious and aromatic liqueur, in which the peach juice is clearly felt. To make it, you need to take:

  1. A kilogram of peaches.
  2. Alcohol (alcohol) is not strong - 1 liter.
  3. Sugar sand - 300-400 g.
  4. Water - 150-200 ml.

Fruits should be soaked for a few minutes in boiling water, then drain it and soak the peaches in cold water. Then they are cleaned, the stone is removed, and the pulp must be crushed thoroughly to form a puree. Water (boiling water) is added to it and mixed well. Using several layers of gauze juice is squeezed out.

Now the juice can be poured into a container and mixed with vodka. There, sugar is poured and everything is mixed well. Further, this container must be very tightly sealed and sent to a dark place at room temperature, for 15 days. At the same time, during 10 of them, the mixture should be shaken once a day. After that, the drink should be filtered and poured into containers for hermetic storage. The strength of the drink is about 30%.

Peach cream-liqueur

Many have tried classic peach liquor, but for sure everyone will want to try and something special, for example cream-liqueur.

Composition:

  • 60 ml of vodka;
  • 115 ml of whiskey;
  • 2 peaches;
  • 100 g condensed milk;
  • 100 g of concentrated milk;
  • 60 ml of cow's milk.

This recipe does not need to be insisted, as it is quickly prepared and immediately used. We take peaches, we clear them from a skin and stones, we turn in any convenient way in the mass reminding mashed potatoes. It is best to use a blender to crush fruits, add alcoholic ingredients there and beat again.

Then you can add dairy products and continue whisking at low speed for at least a minute.

Here, in fact, everything - surprisingly delicious drink is ready for use. Externally and to taste it resembles a milkshake, but at the same time it has a mild, light alcoholic taste and aroma of peaches.
