Preparation:

First of all, it is necessary to clean the potatoes, wash it well and cut into cubes, put it in a saucepan, in which meat broth is boiling.

Then we wash the mushrooms, clean them, cut them (if they are small, then do not necessarily do it) and put them in a pot to the potatoes.

Then we clean the onion, wash it, dry it with a paper towel, finely chop it and put it into a frying pan with sunflower oil, passer and put it in the soup.

At the end of the process, you can add pepper.

Mushroom soup with beef.

This type of food is not prepared so quickly, but the soup turns out to be very tasty and rich.

Composition:

  • 600 gr. Beef;
  • Handful of dry mushrooms;
  • bulb;
  • One carrot;
  • Three small potatoes;
  • Celery, about the same as using carrots;
  • One glass of milk;
  • Pepper, ground nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

Preparation:

First of all, you need to warm up a few spoons of sunflower oil in a saucepan, then fry it on both sides. Then add a little cinnamon and wait until the meat does not go scent. Only then we pour all the hot boiled water and cook until the moment when the meat starts to easily move away from the bones.

While it is boiled, boil the milk and put a little salt in it, then cover the mushrooms there and leave it to cool down completely under the lid.

When the broth is cooked, it must be filtered, the meat is separated from all the bones and cut into pieces. Then we wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces. Next, we clean the onion and finely cut it into half rings.

In the saucepan, heat the sunflower oil and fry the onion in it, then add the cut meat and mushrooms into it, pour all the filtered broth (if necessary, you can add hot water).

Next, we clean the potatoes, then cut it into cubes and send it to the pan. Carrots and celery cut into small pieces, do not rub them on a grater. On the heated frying pan, add the vegetables and brown them on one side, then add a little oil, mix and cover with a lid until it cools. After the vegetables have cooled, add them to the soup and cook it until cooked.

At the end of the cooking, add a little nutmeg and pepper a little.
