In order to bake delicious pancakes on yeast, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
• 300 gr. Flour;
• 750 ml of milk;
• 2 or 3 eggs;
• 3 or 4 tablespoons of butter;
• 1 or 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
• 20-25 gr. Yeast;
• 250 ml of water;
• 1 teaspoon of salt.

Pour into a bowl of warm water and add a teaspoon of sugar. All thoroughly mixed. Then crush into the resulting sweet water yeast and mix well until they are completely dissolved. Cover the bowl with the resulting cleaned towel or napkin and put it in a warm place to make it fit. Butter (instead of it you can use vegetable oil or margarine) it is necessary to melt and allow to cool slightly, since the oil should not be very hot, so that it does not burn our yeast.
