Over time, in each sewer and drain system, clogging occurs. And when the level of waste content reaches a critical point, an aspenizer (also referred to as vacuum machine) comes to the rescue. It pumps out all liquid substances of domestic and industrial origin, places them in a special container - a cistern - and takes them to the processing site. The suction machine is equipped with a powerful vacuum pump, through which all waste is pumped out from the sewerage.

At the moment there are two types of vacuum machines:

The first type is intended for collection and removal of liquid and sludge from sewage, landfills and pits to the place of their further utilization. Channel washing technology

By the way, canal washing technology can suck the waste into the tank and even clean the pipes in a reverse way. The latter characteristic means the treatment of sewerage under high pressure of water emanating from the same capacity. The pressure creates a vacuum pump. In general, the principle of operation is similar, only the flow of liquid is directed in the opposite direction.

Manage this technique is quite simple. In order to bring the vacuum pump into operation, just press a few levers and wait for the mechanism to pump all the waste into the tank. Usually, the driver himself does this, but sometimes a partner helps him. The pump sucks in the fluid pretty quickly, so the whole work lasts about 5-7 minutes. So much time is required to clean the cesspool with a volume of 8,000 liters.

Varieties of models

For today, the use of asenizer machines based on GAZ and KAMAZ is very popular. In the first case, the technique is based on the chassis of the GAZ 3307. The machine is additionally equipped with a tank, pipes and a special pump. The second car is made on the basis of model 5320. Both versions have the name of this or that pump (for example, the asenizing machine GAZ KO-503 and KAMAZ KO-505A.

These cars can be used to clean a lot of objects. It can be:
