Macaroni of a variety of types are littered with counters of grocery stores, and, perhaps, in every house they are one of the most familiar products. Nevertheless, not every Russian hostess knows how to cook something really interesting from them. We are sometimes perplexed, thinking that in the distant Italy this dish is the main food, and at the same time it does not bother anyone.

What is the secret? In sauces? Not only. In fact, there are many interesting options for the preparation of this product. Is it time to try such an original dish, like pasta in the oven?

There are many options! In this article we will offer you recipes with cheese, with ham and even such an interesting recipe as stuffed pasta in the oven. Let's start with cheese.

To prepare six servings you will need 2 eggs, 400 g of spaghetti (cook in advance), cheddar cheese - 300 g, 100 g of butter and 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper.

Eggs shake, cheese grate. Stir the cheese, spaghetti and pepper, then add the eggs, mix again thoroughly.

Preheat the oven and lay the oil on the bottom, cut into thin plates. Spread a mixture of spaghetti with the rest of the ingredients. We put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. The dish is ready! Serve it better hot - the taste is special. And by the time of cooking pasta in the oven with cheese is unlikely to take more than an hour.

To prepare a similar dish, but with bacon, you need 250 g of bacon, olive oil, half a kilogram of pasta, a pair of medium-sized bulbs, and 500 g of canned tomatoes - suitable for both home and factory. Do not forget about the seasonings: salt, greens, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper.

Finely chop the onion and pass on the butter for about 5 minutes. Time here is not the main thing, look after the state of the onion until it turns golden. We add there thinly sliced bacon and fry until a ruddy shade. Then put the tomatoes along with the brine on top. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste and add a couple of bay leaves. All mixed and stewed for about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the pasta separately in a double boiler, pre-watering them with olive oil. If there is no steamer - it does not matter. Do on a water bath, but through a colander. And do not forget to cover it. Cook until half cooked. To digest it is impossible.

We grease the oven mold with butter, preferably creamy. Stir in it pasta and sauce, add chopped herbs and garlic to taste. Stew in the oven, time - 10-15 minutes. Get a very fragrant and spicy dish!

And, finally, the stuffed pasta in the oven, the recipe of which will now be described in detail. Take 400 g of large seashells, 500 grams of broccoli, 300 g minced meat, 150 grams of cheese, 10% cream - 200 grams, 1 carrot, 1 small onion, 200 g marinated mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic, a little butter, greens and Spices of your choice.

Shells are boiled, adding salt and a little vegetable oil to the water (so that they do not stick together). Cook for about 10 minutes.

Mushrooms are removed from the marinade (preferably still wring them) and cut into small pieces. Broccoli is thrown in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then also cut into small pieces and add to the mushrooms. Legs of broccoli postponed, they will come in handy later.

On the heated frying pan with oil we lay out the forcemeat, we fry, constantly stirring. Add a little salt and pepper. When it cools down, mix it with cabbage and mushrooms.

Bulb shred, carrots rub on a coarse grater. On a strongly heated frying pan with oil, pour onions and carrots, immediately make a small fire and stew for about 10 minutes. When it cools down, add to the stuffing. Cheese is rubbed and sent there as well - into the filling, which is immediately thoroughly mixed.

Pasta in the oven with minced meat - a matter of painstaking. In each cooled shell it is necessary to put a teaspoon in the filling. We put them in a deep baking tray.

Separately, prepare the sauce: warm up a small saucepan, pour cream there, add a piece of butter, melt. Then put finely chopped or crushed garlic clove garlic, stir, adding one teaspoon of dried spices of your choice. The previously laid broccoli legs are crushed in a blender, pour the sauce from the cream and whisk again until smooth. We bake pasta in the oven, serve hot. The sauce is served separately.
