  • 400 g of canned tomatoes;
  • spaghetti;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Tomato paste;
  • 4 tbsp. L. Vegetable oils.

Spaghetti in Bolognese is prepared this way:

1. Peel the onions and garlic. Grind them and send them to the pan. Lightly fry, using oil. Add 2/3 of the mushrooms. Thoroughly mix the ingredients. Greenery must be chopped and sent to a skillet. Fry vegetables for 10 minutes.

2. That the dish turned out bright and fragrant, it is necessary to add in it a tomato-paste and a basil. We cook the stew for 2 more minutes. At the very end, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

3. In a small saucepan, boil the spaghetti, then distribute it on plates. Top spread the stew.
