The second way is drying

This is also one of the most common storage methods. Before preparing the fennel for the winter, it should be very good to sort out. We remove the yellow and blackened twigs, because in the future they can spoil the dish. Then there are two ways. The first is drought with whole twigs. In the future, they can be used for decoration. The second method is drying pre-cut greens. Put the dill on a sheet of paper a thin layer and leave to dry. The third way is pickling

It is also very easy to prepare dill and salt for the winter. Prepared grass finely chopped and put in a suitable container. Then add salt. It should not be too much, about 200 grams per kilogram of greens. We mix everything well. After that, spread the dill and salt in clean jars and cover with plastic covers. Keep this blank in a refrigerator or other cold place. So you can pick any grass or make a mixture of them.
