Recipe

For the preparation of curd casserole we need the following ingredients:

- cottage cheese - 0,5 kg;

- egg - 4 pieces;

- flour - 3 tbsp. Spoons;

- sugar - 100 g;

- Cherry - 400 g (of course, without pits).

Cooking process

Eggs should be divided into yolks and proteins. Mix the yolks with sugar and whisk. Then add the flour and cottage cheese and whisk until smooth.

Now all is well mixed. Raisins (one handful) should be washed and dried, and dried apricots (also a handful) finely chopped. Dried fruits add to the dough and mix everything.

We put the finished dough in the mold.

Baked casserole at 150 degrees in the oven for about an hour. And to make it blush from above, you can add fire at the end of cooking.

To ensure that the casserole does not fall apart, it should be removed from the mold after being cooled. Serve with sour cream, cut into slices.
