The process technology looks something like this:

  1. In a separate saucepan, cook the pasta.
  2. Shred the garlic gently in a frying pan in oil. After 1 minute add the onions, cut into cubes.
  3. As soon as the onion starts to darken, pour the cream and heat the mixture for a couple of minutes on a small fire, not allowing boiling.
