Ingredients : two hundred and fifty grams of spaghetti, two hundred grams of pancetta (raw pork belly) or bacon, two yolks, two tablespoons of grated cheese "Pecorino Romano", four spoons of olive cold pressed oil, seventy grams of white onion, red pepper, salt.

This recipe for paste "Carbonara" with bacon is very close to the classic. Onions are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Frying pan with olive oil is heated, spread the onion and fry it until it turns golden.
