It takes a bit of food: 3 carrots 300 grams of beans, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 grams of greens, 100 grams of frozen beans, chicken and ready-made Korean carrots, 4 fresh champignons, 8 black canned olives, a quarter teaspoon sesame seeds, a little salt and vegetable butter.

The process is as follows:

  1. Beans defrost and lightly fry in oil in a frying pan.
  2. Mushrooms cut into thin plates and also fry a little.
  3. Cut the olives in half.
  4. Mix all the products in a salad bowl, add salt and season with oil.

This salad with Korean carrots and beans should stand for 25-30 minutes, and then it can be served on the table, topped with sesame seeds.

Those who love a thorough snack, not exchanging small things, can cook no less delicious salad. Beans, Korean carrots, chicken and onions are the main ingredients of this dish. In the quantitative ratio, everything is very simple: 300 grams of green beans, 200 grams of chicken fillet, 100 grams of Korean carrots, a pair of onions, butter, mayonnaise and salt.

We prepare according to the standard scheme:

  1. Beans need a little fry in butter.
  2. Cut the fillet with small cubes or straws (if desired).
  3. Onions, cut into rings, also fry a little. Butter does not dry it, but makes it soft and tender.
  4. Carrots can be cut shorter so that all foods in the salad are approximately the same size.
  5. Prepared foods combine together, add salt, season with mayonnaise and mix well.

This salad can be eaten immediately, still warm, or let it cool slightly. It all depends on the taste and appetite.

Unusual combinations of simple products

Without much effort, you can prepare an interesting salad: Korean carrots, beans, croutons, garlic, greens, mayonnaise. In order not to spend a lot of time on the preparation stage, some products can be used in canned form. The composition of the ratio of products can be approximately the following: 1 can of beans (white or red), 150 grams of carrots (Korean), a bag of rusks (wheat or rye), 2 cloves of garlic. The rest of the ingredients are better to take on your taste.

Cooking:

  1. Garlic crush and mix with chopped greens.
  2. Add the rest of the products, refill and mix.

To make the dish more effective, the mixture can be put on the leaves of the salad. The play of colors on the table always contributes to a good appetite. And as a dressing, instead of mayonnaise, you can use vegetable oil with lemon juice or soy sauce. Often such salads are sprinkled with sunflower seeds or sesame seeds.

Familiar recipes in a new way

The usual mixture of products sometimes gets boring and stops to give pleasure. In this case, it is only necessary to slightly improve the recipe. By increasing the set of original ingredients, you can prepare a completely new salad. Chicken, beans, Korean carrots and mayonnaise bored? Then you need to try a new mixture: for 250 grams of smoked chicken breast, take 200 grams of carrots and beans, 1 small onion, 100 grams of mushrooms (champignons), 1 fresh cucumber and tomato, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, several leaves of salad and dill.

Everything is prepared as usual:

  1. Cut the meat into pieces (you can break it with your hands) and fry a little in oil, and then fold it on a napkin (to remove fat).
  2. Onion and fry in a pan (do not overdry).
  3. The same thing to do with mushrooms, previously randomly cutting them.
  4. Cut the vegetables into cubes.
  5. Products should be collected in a bowl, mixed well, seasoned and neatly put on a dish.

This salad will look great if you decorate it with layers. Lay out better in the following order: beans - carrots - mushrooms - onions - chicken - cucumber - tomato. Each layer must be lubricated with mayonnaise, and on top "pyramid" decorated with salad leaves, before tearing them with their hands.
