Salad "Sea cocktail"

Required products:

Eggs, hard boiled, 6 pieces,
Boiled potatoes - 4 tubers of medium size,
Grated cheese - 150 grams,
A squid carcass weighing up to 500 grams,
Crab meat - a small jar,
Caviar red - 100 - 150 g,
A bunch of dill or parsley,
Mayonnaise "Provansal" - 250 g.

Sequence of preparation:

Carcase the squid and clean it in cold water. To prevent the meat from getting too hard, squid meat is cooked for no longer than 10 minutes.

Potatoes and eggs grate. Crab meat and squid minced with cubes.

All ingredients are laid out in a salad bowl layer by layer. First, potatoes, then squid meat, eggs, crab meat, cheese, mayonnaise, red caviar. Top with salad sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Salad with red caviar and salmon.

This dish will amaze even the most demanding guests. To make it, you will need red caviar and salted salmon fillet for 100 g of each product, a bunch of green onions, boiled rice - slightly more glass, boiled eggs 4 pieces, half a lemon, bunch of dill, green lettuce, mayonnaise can (preferably Russian product).

Cheese hard grated - 100 grams,
Eggs cooked in a steep - 2 pcs,
Red caviar - 150 g,
Black olives - 100 g,
Sour cream and mayonnaise for 125 g.

Sequence of preparation:

Eggs grate and mix with crushed olives (you can replace them with capers);
Mayonnaise and sour cream, combine, whisk, add a little pepper and lemon juice;
Shrimp chop and combine with cheese,
Mix all ingredients except caviar, and season with sour cream sauce;
Lay out the mass on the dish and form a five-pointed star from it;
Lay a thick layer of caviar on top;
Additionally decorate with cucumber circles and leaves of greenery.

Salad with red caviar in bread cups.

For this original portioned dish you will need a French loaf, red caviar, mayonnaise, crab sticks, fresh cucumber, greens.
Dry the loaf in the oven, cut into several thick pieces and remove the pulp.
Chop the crab sticks and cucumber, chop the greens, mix all ingredients with mayonnaise. Ready mixture put in cups of bread and decorate with twigs of greens. Serve on the leaves of a green salad.

You can serve salad with red caviar to white wine and strong spirits, such as vodka or cognac.
