The proportion is approximately the following: 1 cup of coffee - one cup of cream. Pour cream into the saucepan. For the first time, it is better to take cream for only one cup. And in general, cappuccino is a fun game, in large volumes it is not cooked.

We put the cream on the fire and wait for ten seconds. Then we take the mixer and start whipping them. Here it is important not to miss the moment of foam. It can be tracked by the appearance of large bubbles on the surface of the cream. As soon as they appeared, we concentrate and wait for them to disappear. As it was gone - the foam is ready, turn off the mixer.

Step three . Mixing of coffee and foam. Coffee is poured into a beautiful cup (or what is). Then, with a tablespoon, gently spread the foam over the coffee.

Step four is a decoration. Fill the top with sugar (small spoon) and cinnamon. Here we will know for sure whether we have a cappuccino. We start with cinnamon. If the foam keeps it, carefully add sugar. If the sugar turns out to be (foam) in its power, it means that the cappuccino has turned out to be "right".

If the sugar falls through the foam, then the material requires fixing. Again, take coffee, cream and then on a prescription. And you can not worry, everything will start to turn out very quickly.

There is another way to cook cappuccino at home, though more expensive. To implement it, you need a home coffee machine, advanced enough to have this same cappuccino in its options.
