So, how to make tomatoes in your own juice? First you need to prepare the necessary source products. For canning it is better to take small vegetables. They are easier to stack in banks. A few large tomatoes can be used to prepare a liquid medium.

Of the products you may need: 2 kilograms small 3 kilograms of large tomatoes, 2 ordinary tablespoons of sugar and salt.

The process itself consists of several main stages:

  1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.

  3. Large tomatoes can be cut randomly, put into a saucepan and brought slowly to a boil under the lid.

  6. Pour the mixture into cans, cover them with a lid and place them in a wide container with boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
