All the ingredients are put in a plastic bag, filled with salt and shaken well. The package should be put on the refrigerator for 6-8 hours and shaken from time to time. But the recipe for tasty canned cucumbers with hot red pepper. The following ingredients will be needed:

* Cucumbers - 1 kg
* Pepper red - 2 pieces
* Garlic - 1 tooth
* Salt - 3 tablespoons
* Sugar - 2 tablespoons
* Vinegar 3% - 2 tablespoons
* Dill (umbrellas), tarragon
* Leaves of horseradish, cherry, black currant
