Just a couple of steps from the hotel is a medical center where you can get medical advice and treatment. Distances to large settlements in Crimea from the hotel are as follows: up to Simferopol - 107 km, to Yalta - 131, to Feodosiya - 55, to Alushta - 93, to the Old Crimea, famous for its historical and architectural sights - 36, to Dzhankoy - 148 Km, to Kerch - 153 and to Sevastopol - 180 km. The closest thing is, at 7 km (this distance many vacationers walk on foot as a walk), the New World is located, a resort village famous for its champagne wines (there is a factory, a tasting room).

How to get there

Let's begin our acquaintance with the categories "economy" and "standard", which the hotel "Bastion" (Sudak) offers in the summer to its guests. Reviews about this housing, let's say, not enthusiastic. These rooms are located in buildings Nos. 2 and 4. Among them there are single rooms with an area of up to 12 squares for 2 people (plus if necessary third place) and two-room, respectively, for 3 people and an extra seat. There are no air conditioners here, the view from the windows - to the mountains (the foot) or to the courtyard territory, the TV if there is, then in the extreme case with 1 channel. The rooms of the category "standard" in the buildings Nos. 1 and 3 are much more spacious. So, in case number 1, single rooms for 2 persons have an area of up to 18 squares, and two-room for 3 persons - up to 26 squares. Types of windows here are also more pleasant, especially from the upper floors, but the prices are higher. The rooms have a set of furniture (in a two-room suite - a soft sofa and two beds), a refrigerator, air conditioning, a heated floor in winter, a TV, a hygiene room, and some have a balcony.

Deluxe Rooms

The suites that the Bastion Hotel (Sudak) offers for accommodation, the reviews have the most positive. The suites are located in the buildings No. 1 and 3, the views from the windows are fantastic - at the sea and mountains, as well as the Genoese fortress. The area of these rooms is quite large - from 26 squares in two-room to 39 squares in three-room. All of them are designed for 2 persons plus optional 1-2 extra beds. In suites there are sets of quality furniture, soft and bedroom, TV (in each room), refrigerator, air conditioning, heated in the cold season floors, bar counter, hairdryer, temperature control (in cold weather, the guests can independently reduce or increase the air heating capacity Room). There is also a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxation and clothes ropes for drying clothes.

In each room on the day of arrival, a set of hygiene products (a piece of soap, small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper) is issued. In the future, these funds, other than paper, are not replenished. Cleaning is done on schedule, bed linen, as well as towels are changed every 4 days.

Food

Prices in them are very different. Many tourists like the cafe "Izyum" on the waterfront and the cheburechnaya at a nearby shop.

Sea and climatic conditions

Many summer for the sake of the sea go to the Crimea, Sudak. Hotel "Bastion", located from the coast in just two or three minutes walk, is the place where the beach rest is excellent. There is no private beach near the hotel, but the one that is nearby can well satisfy the needs of each holidaymaker. The soil here is sand and small pebbles, so special rubber slippers on the legs will not be superfluous. The entrance to the beach is free, but sunbeds and umbrellas will have to fork out. But they will not be bored here. On the beach leisure is organized quite well. This ride on the "banana", a catamaran and a hydrocycle, a variety of games with a ball, water slides. Nearby there are paid beaches where you can dive with scuba.

Sudak is the sunniest city in the Crimea. Here in the year there are only 84 overcast days. The air temperature in summer on certain days rises to +40, but more often it keeps at the level of +30 ... + 33 degrees Celsius. The water near the coast is already warming up to +19 degrees by the beginning of June, reaches +25 ... + 27 in July-August, is at +20 in September, and falls to +17 in October. Those who decide to come to the hotel in winter are also waiting for pleasant warm days with an air temperature of +5 ... + 10. At the time of the "Bastion", even roses bloom.

Leisure

"Bastion" is a hotel (Sudak), which on its small but cozy territory has a swimming pool for adults, and next to it there is a "paddling pool" for toddlers, both heated. Nearby there is a sauna, from which you can jump directly into the pool. Sun beds are available for free, and for beach towels you need to leave a deposit of 50 rubles.

In the hotel cafe there is a place for playing billiards, in the evenings there is a karaoke. Those who wish can visit the beauty salon, where a hairdresser and a massage parlor work.
