Honey cookies: favorite recipes

Honey cookies are a delicacy that can be prepared before an event or a special day. Thanks to honey, it remains soft, fresh and tasty for a long time. To maximize its freshness will help keeping in a pottery with a lid.

First cut the dough with a knife, and then thoroughly knead with your hands.

On the flour-poured table, roll out a layer half a centimeter thick and cut out various figures (you can use the molds).

Spread the baking sheet with oil and lightly sprinkle it with flour. Then put the biscuits on it so that they do not touch each other, and bake at high temperature until cooked.

Honey cookies "On the Christmas tree" with spices:

- 150 grams of wheat flour;

- a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;

- a quarter teaspoon of dry ground ginger;

- 75 grams of butter;

- 3 tablespoons of liquid honey;

- culinary glaze in tubes (for writing);

- colored sugar;

- edible ornaments (balls, asterisks).

Mix the flour with spices and sift through a sieve.

Cut the butter into pieces and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingers until it looks like crumbs.

Pour honey and mix, you can in the food processor. You should get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

Turn it into food polyethylene film, and then put in the refrigerator for half an hour to harden.

Turn on the oven, setting the temperature at 180 degrees.

On the table with flour roll the dough into a flat cake 4-5 millimeters thick and cut out the cookie of a beautiful shape. At the top of each figure, a hole is made to fix the tape.

- half a cup of honey, preferably liquid or diluted in a small amount of water;

- 3 full tablespoons of refined olive or sunflower oil;

- approximately 2 cups of flour (depends on the degree of honey liquid, it can go and less, so you need to add it a little);

- a teaspoon of soda food;

- a teaspoon of gingerbread seasoning or a mixture of cloves, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg;

- any nuts;

- a pinch of salt.

Add honey, sugar and salt to the honey. Stir the mass, put on a stove for a small fire. Keep it there until the sugar does not melt.

Slightly cool the mixture and sprinkle with soda. There should be a reaction with the appearance of white foam.

Add the spices and gradually add flour, sifting it through a sieve. Knead.

Roll out the soft dough into a cake thick by a centimeter or thinner. Cut out a variety of biscuits with molds.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the figures, leaving gaps between them. Top with sugar water and press nuts for decoration.

Bake at 150 degrees at least 10 and not more than 15 minutes (preferably 12), otherwise it will become too hard. If it seems that baking with honey is not baked - this is a deceptive impression, after cooling everything will return to normal.

Store in a dry box with a tight lid.

Akuakuar:

- a pound of wheat flour;

- a pair of eggs;

- 250 grams of honey;

- half a cup of water;

- 150 grams of melted butter;

- salt.

Pour into a deep bowl of water and honey. Attach the yolks.

Sift the flour, gradually kneading the dough. When it is ready, roll out on a table or board to 3 mm thick and cut into rectangles 3 by 4 cm. Each of them roll into a ball. They should be the size of a walnut.
