In order to prepare this dish quickly and simply, you need cheese (it's better to take feta or cheese), lettuce and basil leaves, avocado fruit, lemon juice. The greens are washed, torn with large hands or cut into pieces. Cheese is cut into cubes, crumbles in spices to taste. The avocado is washed, cut into two halves, each of which is peeled. The flesh is cut, slightly pricked with a fork, sprinkled with lemon juice on top (the latter is necessary so that it does not darken). In the salad bowl, all the ingredients are combined, dressing with sauce. For him, a few blisters of olive oil, a teaspoon of honey, salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice are separately beaten with a blender (using a fork). A ready-made salad of avocado with cheese is placed in the fridge for a few minutes. Before serving, the dish is poured with chopped parsley.
