If you have a little white meat left over from dinner, or you just want to cook a delicious dish with a high content of wholesome protein, make a salad with chicken breast with mushrooms. The recipe is very simple, and the taste will be appreciated by the guests and members of your family. Choose one of the suggested options, and after 15-20 minutes a dish can be served to the table.

Salad with chicken breast with mushrooms

For several servings you will need:

  • 1 large chicken breast or 2 smaller ones;
  • 2-3 bulbous bulbs;
  • 4 carrots;
  • 1 jar (200 g) of canned champignons;
  • A little butter for frying, vegetable oil, vinegar, spices and salt.

Wash the breast and boil it - 25 minutes is enough to make the meat ready. Leave it to cool in the broth, so the taste will be more intense. Onion cut into half rings, or finely - as you like, and then fry in butter. At the end, add a little vinegar or lemon juice. Put the vegetables in a bowl. Carrots clean, and after grate, fry, lay out onions. With mushrooms drain the water, and then finely crumble into small pieces. They also need to be fried - first in a clean frying pan, let excess water evaporate, and then you can add a small piece of butter. Well, if at the end you add a dry mushroom broth - a salad from this will become even more delicious. Chicken breast cut into cubes, mix with vegetables, season with vegetable oil and spices, and then mix well. Salad with mushrooms, chicken breast and vegetables is ready, but the taste will be much better if you give the dish a little insisting. And to a celebratory table such salad can be prepared in the evening.

It is rightly called "Tenderness" - prepare a dish and see for yourself. Take:

  • 400 g of boiled chicken breast without skin;
  • 3 medium pickled or salted cucumber;
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs;
  • 1 can of canned mushroom-champignons ;
  • Onion bulb;
  • 100 g of mayonnaise and sour cream for filling, dill.

Prepare the ingredients in the salad: chicken breast, mushrooms, cucumbers and onions should be finely chopped, and hard -boiled eggs are rubbed on a fine grater. To remove the sharp taste of onions, it can be lightly fried to white, but not golden, or simply scalded with boiling water. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, season with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and dill, and then serve to the table. By the way, refueling can be done and not as greasy: you can use natural yogurt - the taste will not be worse, and the calories are several times less.

Salad with chicken breast with mushrooms

For this dish, we use not canned, but fried champignons. So the taste will turn out to be more intense, bright, and the dish itself is very satisfying. Prepare:

  • 1 boiled chicken breast;
  • 300 g (1 pack) of champignons;
  • 4 hard-boiled chicken eggs;
  • 100 g of hard cheese and mayonnaise for refueling;
  • A little vegetable oil, salt and your favorite spices.

Mushrooms washed, cut into pieces and fry in butter - 5 minutes should be enough to bring them to readiness. Separate the proteins from the yolks, the last (yolks) grate on the grater, then in a bowl, combine with chopped chicken, season with mayonnaise, salt and sprinkle with spices, and pound - you should get a homogeneous mass. Proteins should also be grinded and combined with mushrooms. And now from these two blanks lay layers of salad: first mushrooms with squirrels, and then chicken mass, then again mushrooms. Top with a good portion of grated cheese. This salad will be especially good on the festive table. Now you know how to quickly cook several delicious dishes from chicken and mushrooms.
