For a salad with orange and walnut, take 200 grams of well-pressed sauerkraut and mix with 2-3 mashed nut kernels. Lay the cabbage in a salad bowl, from the top, lay the slices of ½ orange cut into 3-4 parts, and on top the greens - dill, parsley or green onions. Instead of an orange, you can use grapefruit, but be sure to remove the film from the lobules to avoid bitterness. For a salad with avocado, also take 200 grams of cabbage and finely chop it. Peel 1 avocado, remove the stone, cut the cubes into cubes and sprinkle a little lemon juice. 2 cucumbers and 1 Bulgarian pepper (it is better to take a red, with it a salad will be more colorful) also need to cut into cubes. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add finely chopped green onions, salt and season with vegetable oil.
