However, sometimes this can not be done for various reasons, and we have to look for other solutions to the problem.

Despite the fact that when applying for a job is usually asked to provide a certificate of INN, this requirement is not provided by law. In other words, a person has the right not to provide this document, and this can not be the reason for refusal to accept a job. However, no one canceled the various accounting reports, and most of them require the introduction of a TIN employee. How to be in this case? • By sending an official request to the tax inspection by postal delivery or by providing it to the Inspectorate personally;

There are situations when the identification number is needed by the taxpayer himself. For example, if he went on a business trip, and left a certificate at home. Or, there was a need for a public service that requires the introduction of an INN. Or the same accountant asked for a number - there could be a lot of situations. • By sending a request to the website "Electronic government", if you already have an account on it.

In the latter case, going to the main page of the portal, you need to enter "in the search field" to find out the INN, and then click on the link "Find your INN", "Get Services". After redirecting to the e-government site, you will need to enter the account number (SNLS) and password.

If an employee has provided a copy of the employer's certificate, and a physical person's IDN is needed urgently, you can do even easier - contact the personnel department or bookkeeping, just in case taking a passport with you to verify the identity.

How to remember your INN

Remembering the TIN number, it may be easier if you know what it is made of. 12 digits only seem at first glance to be an arbitrary set. In fact, this is a clear sequence of different numbers. The first number - two-digit - reflects the code of the subject. The second two-digit number is the tax code. The next five-digit number is the identification number itself, and the last two digits have a control role to verify the correctness of the individual's TIN. For example: 421717335873 - 42 - code of the Kemerovo region, 17 - tax central region code, 173358 - identification number, and 73 - check digits.

Thus, there is nothing difficult to learn the TIN of a physical person. However, lovers simply get access to other people's data waiting for disappointment. Personal data is reliably protected, and you will not be able to learn someone else's INN of a completely unknown person. To do this, you must at least know his passport data and date, and, preferably, the place of birth.
