Lemonka is a sort of pears, which many years ago the Ukrainian breeders brought out. This jam is prepared in three stages:

  1. Clean pears must first be reconsidered, removing the rotten places, and then cut into thin slices. It will take a long time, but the result is worth it.
  2. Fold the products in a basin, fill with sugar and leave for a couple of hours until they are covered with juice. True, Limonki have a fairly firm and slightly dry flesh. Therefore, it is not always possible to achieve the desired result. If the liquid is not enough, you can add a little water.
