Then, the water from the cereal (it should be soft) is drained (but not poured, it will still be needed), and add milk, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Continue cooking porridge further, about 30 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Separately we beat up two yolks, we add to them half a glass of that water in which the croup was cooked. All is well mixed and added to the porridge. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Recipe N4: milk wheat cereal

Ingredients: 1 cup of wheat cereal, 4 cups of milk, salt, sugar, butter.
