Finely chop the onions, chop the garlic and grate all the carrots on a large grater. Then, in a frying pan, melt the butter and simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes, not forgetting to stir them in the process.

In a saucepan pour a liter of water, salt or add 1-2 broth cubes and bring the liquid to a boil. After that, place the vegetable fry and broccoli in it (leave a couple of pieces - they will be needed later). Cook all over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the moment when the cabbage becomes slightly soft. Now the vegetables need to be mashed - in portions, place the contents of the pan in a blender and bring it to a homogeneous state. When everything is shredded, pour the resulting mass back into the pan and add milk (or cream) to it, as well as the remaining cabbage.

To cream soup with broccoli with cream turned thick, dissolve in a quarter of a glass of cold water 3 tbsp. L. Flour, stir well - there should not be lumps. After put the pot on the stove, bring to a boil and gently, in batches, pour the mixture of water and flour. Bring the soup to your desired density.
