You need to give the lagman to brew for 5 minutes and you can serve it to the table. Soup is poured over plates, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs. Greens are taken to taste. It can be dill, parsley, coriander, mint, basil, onion greens, garlic greens.

Home-made noodles are thin, tender, sliced with long thin or wide strips or squares. Never replace it bought in the store. The preparation of Uzbek lagman soup is impossible without homemade noodles. To prepare noodles you need a basin (better enameled, but you can use copper, pottery and even aluminum). The volume of the pelvis depends on the amount of the test. The flour must be sifted, to cleanse of debris, to enrich it with oxygen. The dough made from sifted flour turns out to be homogeneous, it is easy to work with. The right amount of salt is covered in a basin, poured with warm water. After the salt is dissolved, the parts are poured in flour and water is added, the dough is kneaded. If the egg is added to the dough on the recipe, then it should be well beaten and added in parts. After kneading the dough is rolled into a bowl, wrapped with a damp napkin and allowed to stand for 10 minutes. Then, sprinkling the board with flour, you need to put the shape of the bread into the dough, sprinkle it with flour, roll it on a rolling pin and roll it out. This operation should be repeated several times until the thickness of the formation is 1 mm. With each subsequent winding, the cutting board and dough sheet are sprinkled with flour. To obtain long noodles, the layer is sprinkled with flour, folded with an accordion and cut.
