With the help of simple ingredients, you can prepare a cream soup from zucchini, the taste of which will appeal to everyone, even small children. We offer several recipes for preparing the first dish from vegetables.

For cooking you need:

  • Half a kilo of zucchini or zucchini;
  • Half a kilo of cauliflower or broccoli;
  • One large carrot;
  • A pair of medium onion heads;
  • Pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

How to prepare cream soup from courgettes? Of this amount of ingredients will be about 4 liters of soup. First cut the vegetables: onion, zucchini. Rub the carrots. Cut cabbage into inflorescences. In a frying pan or directly in a pan, fry the onions and carrots. As soon as they lightly blush, put zucchini and cabbage to them. Add, add pepper to taste. Stir. With hot water, pour the vegetables so that it slightly covers their surface. It will take about 20 minutes to cook, as all the ingredients will quickly become soft. Now use a submerged blender and make a mixture of mashed vegetables. Density is adjusted with broth. You can serve cream soup with eggs, cheese, greens or croutons.

A simple and surprisingly delicious soup will come from the following ingredients:

  • Zucchini;
  • Milk (cream);
  • salt.

Cut the squash into slices. Do not remove the skin. If there are large seeds, then remove them. Put zucchini in a saucepan and pour the milk to half the level of vegetables. Warm on the stove until the milk boils. As soon as this happens, turn off the fire and cook the soup until the zucchini is soft. Do not cover the lid. Salt the soup to taste. You can add a little garlic or other condiments. Now, with a submerged blender, beat the squash to a puree state. All is ready. Try and be surprised! The soup turned out to be delicate and delicious!

Cream soup from zucchini, thyme and oranges

Sunny, fragrant soup is perfect for guests or for loved ones. You need:

  • A few squashes weighing approximately 1.2-1.3 kg;
  • Chicken soup - 1.5 cups;
  • Half a glass of clean water;
  • Several onion heads;
  • Medium-sized carrots;
  • Thyme, black pepper, parsley salt;
  • Crushed orange peel, orange pulp;
  • Skim unsweetened condensed milk.

Recipe advice: instead of chicken broth you can take ordinary water, and instead of savory condensed milk - half a glass of low-fat cream. Zucchini cut into circles in 1 cm thick. Place on a baking tray, which must be oiled beforehand. Bake vegetables for half an hour. In a saucepan, where the soup will be boiled, save the onions and carrots in oil. After that, pour in water and chicken broth (or just water), put thyme, orange peel (about a teaspoon), salt, add pepper. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Now add to the bouillon baked zucchini and condensed unsweetened milk (cream). You can also use milk powder, which must first be diluted in water according to the instructions. Cook for a few more minutes. Whip the mass with a submerged blender. You will get an original vegetable soup cream. Serve it well with orange slices and parsley.
