Leave the dough for 10 minutes to ripen, wait until it rises. Then roll it on parchment paper in a layer no more than 0.5 cm thick. In the classical variation, pizza is, of course, round in shape, but for home-made meals its content is still more important, so boldly knead the dough by the size of the baking tray.

Ham (or smoked bacon) cut into small cubes, merge the juice from the canned pineapples and grind them. The dough layer is smeared with tomato sauce (if we use tomato paste, then add black sharp pepper to it for intensity of flavoring qualities), spread the first layer of cut ham, sprinkle with canned pineapple, and then cover the whole with grated cheese, grated on a grater. If desired, the top Hawaiian pizza can be watered with mayonnaise.

We put the pan in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 250-270 ° C for 10-13 minutes.

Pizza is served to the table in a hot form, cut into portions of triangular pieces. For breakfast, it can be served cold as a cold snack.
