For preparation, take:

  • Half a kilo of cauliflower;
  • 100 gr. Any low-fat cheese;
  • A couple of spoons of sour cream;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • Dill, salt and pepper, sunflower oil and a little squeezed garlic.

Bake cauliflower in the oven is very simple. Prepare vegetables: wash, divide the inflorescence into small pieces, fold in a pan of water and put on fire.   • 300 gr. Cauliflower;
  • 150 gr. Rice;
  • 300 gr. Pork or beef minced meat or a mixture of two types of meat;
  • 2 eggs;
  • A large onion and 3 heads of chopped garlic;
  • 1 bright Bulgarian pepper, you can take a red or orange color;
  • On 100 gr. Sour cream and cheese;
  • Oil - you can take any vegetable, salt, spices to taste, black pepper.

Cook half-ready cabbage, and rice - until cooked. Mix the rump with minced meat, beat 1 egg, put finely chopped onion, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Meat mass should be well kneaded. After in a separate bowl, combine the cheese and sour cream (or cream) and 1 egg, also slightly salt and pepper. And now it only remains to bake cauliflower in the oven. On a baking sheet or in a mold, lightly oiled, put the mince, top cauliflower and chopped pepper, and then pour sauce of cheese and sour cream. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake in a preheated oven (the temperature should be about 180 degrees) for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bring the dish to the ready for the next 30 minutes.
