So, let's take 400 grams of shortbread cookie, 800 grams of cottage cheese, 250 g of sour cream, 150 g of butter, 3 eggs, 200 g of sugar, packing of vanilla sugar, 400 g of raspberries. Cookies are crushed to a crumb, mixed with melted butter and we compact the mass into a detachable shape (diameter 23 cm). Be sure to cover the bottom with parchment and make the borders of the cookie. Put the form in the refrigerator. Mix in the blender cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Curd mixture fill the form and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees, without opening the door.

Mix the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanilla and pour it onto the curd mass. Then, increasing the temperature to 200 degrees, bake for another seven minutes. We decorate with raspberries and put it on the cold until it is completely solidified. Bon Appetit!
