Dough lay on a towel, strewn with flour. Roll it out very thinly, so that through the dough the pattern of the towel can be seen. The edges will be slightly thicker, they need to be cut. Lubricate the layer with vegetable oil and lay on it the filling, not reaching the edges three centimeters.

With the help of a towel, carefully fold the strudel into a roll, and cover the edges. Lubricate with egg yolk and bake for 40 minutes.

Schnitzel with cheese

10 whole leaves of cabbage to dip into boiling salted water for five minutes, then drain the water and allow to cool. Thick and hard veins slightly recapture.

Mix half a liter of sour cream and four tablespoons of ketchup or tomato paste, pour half a cup of water, turn the sauce over the stuffed cabbage and put it in the oven. Cooking time 40 minutes.
