Head a cabbage of medium size to the leaves, cut off from them a thick base. Boil the pan with water and put the leaves into it for a couple of minutes, after which you can discard them and the colander.

Next, you need to cook the batter. Beat three chicken eggs, add to them 150 grams of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and whisk again.

Each cabbage leaf is dipped in a batter and put on a hot skillet with butter, fry on both sides until a ruddy crust.

While the leaves are being fried, you can start preparing the fillings:

1. Very finely chop medium-sized onion, grate 300 grams of carrots on a fine grater. Fry these vegetables.

2. Grate (preferably finer) about 200 grams of cheese, mix it with 150 grams of mayonnaise and two cloves of garlic, passed through the press.

Now you can create a cake. On the lower cabbage leaf put some of the fried vegetables, grease a small layer of mayonnaise, the second leaf grease the cheese mixture. And so on, until the ingredients run out. On top of the cake grease with mayonnaise, decorate with greens or grated egg and put for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
